REN


Last night Mr.Sauvalle and I headed to REN HQ to see a screening of a new short film/advertisement that the team have put together with the help of Danny Brook Taylor, the creative director of Dare. Sitting in the ultra modern and obsessively tidy (which I loved!) REN offices, Rob Calcroft, the founder of REN told us: "There's a modernity about REN, a coolness and confidence which we wanted to expose (in the film). It's about saying I'm happy with my skin, and I'm going to care for it, show it off. Touch someone's skin that I love and celebrate it."
Well, here is the film... according to the press release "it tells the story of two young lovers, they feel invigorated, alive and discover true beauty within themselves and each other."

It kind of feels like an excuse to make a pretty porno to be honest! I don't know about the film, the need for it, whether it will bring more people to the brand....But the brand is good and the products are awesome so it's a good job last night was also about the launch of four cool new products too.
